Tree Root Guard 17103 are widely used to maintain the health and longevity of urban trees. These durable grates provide essential protection for tree roots in paved areas, preventing from soil compaction and damage from pedestrian and vehicle traffic.

Installation

Tree Root Guard Installation:

  1. Prepare the foundation by leveling the surface and ensuring a stable, compacted base for installation.
  2. Position the root guard around the tree trunk, maintaining the required clearance between the tree and the frame construction.
  3. Assemble the guard sections using screws and nuts, ensuring a firm and stable connection.
  4. Verify that the guard is level and does not restrict the tree’s natural growth.
  5. If necessary, secure the guard to the concrete base or paving with anchor bolts.
